Nashville City Council Appointment

Nashville Mayor Billy Ray Jones swore in Kathy Anderson Combs to the Nashville City Council at Monday’s monthly meeting. Combs will serve the remainder of the term left for Ward 6 Position 1, after the passing of councilman Andy Anderson.
