Nashville City Council approves bid for construction of bridge on Mount Pleasant Drive

The Nashville City Council held their regular monthly meeting on Monday.
Nashville Public Works Director Larry Dunaway presented the bid submitted by Wooster Construction that’s in the amount of $399,987.16 for the construction of the bridge on Mount Pleasant Drive.

Parks and Recreation Director Meghan Floyd discussed the revenue and expenditures for the soccer program along with the 5th and 6th basketball registration.

Former Mayor Billy Ray Jones reminded the council to attend the swearing-in ceremony for elect Mayor Larry Dunaway, which will be held in the courthouse courtroom at 12pm on January 2nd, 2023.
