Nashville High School Hosts Spring Signing Ceremony for 10 Seniors

Nashville High School hosted their Spring Signing Ceremony yesterday, recognizing 10 seniors who signed to continue their academic, athletic and extracurricular careers at the collegiate level.

Henderson State University

  • Abbie Hill – Cheer

  • Kynlee Shackelford – Pom Squad
  • Dalton Manlove – Band
  • Heiland Tatum Gaines – Band
  • Katelyn Giddens – Track

Arkansas State University

  • Dakota Dixon – Band

University of Central Arkansas

  • Connor Crabtree – Band

Cossatot College

  • Cheyenne Smith – Soccer

National Park College

  • Angel Watson – Basketball

Cheer Coach Erin Askew spoke about cheerleaders Jayla Hendrix and Abbie Hill, both of whom will continue their cheer careers at Henderson State University.

Askew also discussed Kynlee Shackelford, who will join the Pom Squad at Southern Arkansas University.

High School Band Director Jacob Happy also shared remarks about Heiland Tatum Gaines and Dalton Manlove, who both signed to continue their band careers at Southern Arkansas University.
