Nashville Hwy 27 Accident
A report came in yesterday to local first responders about an accident on highway 27 near the scrap yard involving 2 vehicles. First responders had little to go on but were told that a vehicle was on fire. Several minutes after the initial call reports came through that an individual involved in the accident had been thrown approximately 500ft from the vehicle, first responders advised to have medevac on standby.
An all call went out for all available units to respond. Agencies involved included pafford ems, nashville volunteer fire department, nashville pd, Arkansas State Police, and howard county sheriff’s office.
Upon arriving on scene responders discovered that the initial reports were not accurate. There was no fire present, and according to a first responder on scene, it was a minor accident in comparison to what they thought they were headed in to. Which they were thankful for. Considering the extensive manhunt that was earlier the same day I’m glad to hear our first responders come running regardless.
