Nashville Man arrested for violating rules and regulations for registered sex offenders

A Nashville man has been arrested, 34-year-old Aaron Jacques Harper, who is a registered sex offender who lived within 2000 feet of Nashville Community Church. According to the affidavit, on June 8th, 2023, Harper was given until the end of the month to find an approved location for his residence and was advised by his parole officer, Ashanti Burris of this violation. It was reported that Harper was instructed to check in weekly until he found a new residence and didn’t do what he was told. After being transported to the Howard County Detention Facility, Harper was charged with being a registered offender living near school, public park, youth center, daycare, or church or other place of worship.
