Nashville man arrested for terroristic threatening
On April 6th, Investigator Jason McDonald received a phone call from a woman who was a Family Social Worker for DHS in reference to 31-year-old Angelo Quiroz Jr of Nashville, who threatened to kill his wife.
According to the affidavit, the social worker went to Quiroz’s residence for a home visit and while there, Quiroz went on a rant about the services that were being offered were not helping him get custody of his daughter. It was reported that Quiroz was advised about the procedures with an Attorney to get custody of his daughter. As reported, Quiroz allegedly told the social worker that once he gets his gun rights back that he would shoot the mother of his child, her boyfriend, and anyone who gets in his way. The social worker took that as a direct threat. Quiroz then told the social worker to leave his property and not come back.
Inv. McDonald received a written statement from the social worker in reference to the threats that were made by Quiroz. Quiroz was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threatening 1st.
