Nashville man arrested for terroristic threatening

A Nashville man was recently arrested in December of last year for terroristic threatening and criminal mischief. According to the affidavit officers of the Nashville Police Department were dispatched to 206 Aylett St in reference to suspect 47-year-old Steven Walston. His ex-girlfriend Trisha Wright who made the call reportedly informed officers that on earlier this date she had broken up with Walston and that they had been living together for approximately a year and a half.

It was reported that Walston showed up to Wright’s house after the break-up and attempted to choke her, but Wright was able to get away from him. Wright also told officers that after Walston had left, he texted her saying I love you, but I am going to kill you and the police tonight. Officer Jason Icenhower was able to locate Walston on South Main St in Nashville and placed him under arrest.
