Nashville man charged with theft of a vehicle and pistol

A Nashville man has been charged with the theft of a vehicle and pistol from a residence on Blue Bayou Road.  32 year old Cody Damon is charged with two counts of theft of property after deputies say he took a Glock pistol and a 2011 Malibu from a residence last month on Blue Bayou Road.

The following day after the thefts were reported, Miller County authorities notified the local sheriff’s department that Damon had been arrested and was in possession both pieces of property.
