Nashville Man Killed in One-Vehicle Crash Near Mineral Springs

A Nashville man is dead following a single-vehicle crash that occurred Tuesday morning on Highway 355 South, just outside of Mineral Springs.

According to a preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police, 30-year-old Eduardo Padilla was driving a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta northbound around 7:55 a.m. when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.

Padilla was pronounced dead at the scene.

Trooper Joshua Broughton of the Arkansas State Police is listed as the investigating officer.

No other vehicles or individuals were involved in the accident. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
