Nashville man sentenced to ADC for Breaking and Entering

A Nashville man, who was charged earlier this year with multiple counts of Breaking or Entering and misdemeanor Theft of Property, was sentenced yesterday to five years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Police said 18 year old Tyler Stinson was caught attempting to steal a truck in Nashville in January, when he was caught by the property owner, who held Stinson on the ground until police arrived. When taken to jail, officers say they recovered several pieces of property in Stinson’s backpack that had been taken from other vehicles.
In addition to the five year prison sentence, Stinson was also given an additional 10 year suspended sentence on the charges.
