Nashville Man sentenced to ADC for Sexual Assault

A Nashville man was sentenced Wednesday to five years in prison on charges of Second Degree Sexual Assault. 19 year old Jose Morris was accused of having sexual contact with someone younger than 14 years of age in October of 2019.
Also sentenced Wednesday, was 39 year old Stephanie Wallen of Nashville. Wallen was charged in October 2019 with possessing drug paraphernalia. She was given a 120 day sentence to a community corrections center, fined $1,000 dollars and court costs. She was also given credit for jail time served.
