Nashville man sentenced to ADC for sexual assault

A Nashville man has been sentenced to seven years in prison on charges of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault. 31 year old Steven Sullivan received the sentence yesterday in Howard County Circuit Court. Sullivan was arrested in October of last year, following an investigation by the Nashville Police Department, after a report made that indicated Sullivan had sexual contact with a female. In addition to the seven year prison sentence, Sullivan is also being ordered to pay $240 dollars in court costs and a $250 DNA fee.
Probation was given in another case Wednesday. 36 year old Jacob Baker, of Nashville, was given three years probation on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. Baker was also fined $1,500 dollars.
