Nashville Native Leann Stewart Prepares for Tricycle Event Next Year

We continue to follow the journey of Nashville native Leann Stewart, who is working toward her goal of competing in a tricycle event scheduled to take place sometime next year.
In our first story, we introduced Stewart and shared her determination to take part in the event. This time, we spoke with Andi Reeves Green of Rehab Specialists Therapy and Fitness Center about the role rehabilitation, therapy and goal-setting have played in Stewart’s preparation.
Green explained that having a goal to work toward can be an important part of the rehabilitation process, giving individuals motivation and something to strive for as they continue making progress.
Green also discussed Stewart’s individual circumstances and the importance of ensuring she has access to the resources, assistance and support she needs as she works toward her goal.
In addition to providing support through therapy, Green said she has reached out to nonprofit organizations on Stewart’s behalf in hopes of identifying additional resources and assistance that could help her along the way.
With the tricycle event scheduled for next year, Stewart still has time to continue preparing and working toward her goal. Support from those around her will remain an important part of her journey.
We’ll continue following Stewart’s progress and sharing updates as she gets closer to the event.
Stay tuned in the coming months for more on Nashville native Leann Stewart and her road to next year’s tricycle event.
