Nashville Parks & Rec in the 2022 Year

The Nashville Parks & Recreation has a new Park Director heading into the 2022 year. Meghan Floyd was voted in favor of the position at the most recent city council meeting. Floyd says its an honor to be selected for the position and that she’s looking forward to pushing the park to be the best in the state.

Looking ahead Floyd says baseball is right around the corner and preparation is already underway for the upcoming season. Numerous projects are on Floyd’s list for this next year which of course includes the 4th of July, “Stand Up for America” celebration
