Nashville Police Department Welcomes Two New Officers to the Force

The Nashville Police Department is proud to welcome Officer Rebecca Castleman and Officer Osbaldo Martinez to the team this month. Both officers officially graduated from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy on August 1, 2025, and have since begun their field training in Nashville.

We recently had the opportunity to speak with Officer Osbaldo Martinez, who shared a bit about his personal connection to the community he now serves.

Officer Martinez also opened up about his experience at the academy and the challenges and accomplishments he faced during his training.

Now back in Nashville, Officer Martinez is focused on applying what he learned during training as he begins the next phase of his career.
