Nashville School Board
At the Nashville School board meeting this week, principals from all the schools reported that the new K-12 by Elior food service provider was very well received at the start of this week. Superintendent, Doug Graham, reminded the board that they are still looking for a Food Service Director and will be working towards that in the coming month. Graham also presented to the board a list of teachers who received a raise last year of 5% or more this pursuant to Act 1120. Approximately 150 district employees received an increase in pay of 5% or more primarily due to increased responsibilities. These raises were paid out of ESSER funding due to their COVID related responsibilities. There were no resignations or employment applications to consider during this meeting.
