Nashville School District Announces Resignation of Head Football Coach Shawn Jackson

The Nashville School District has received a letter of resignation from Coach Shawn Jackson, who will step down as head football coach of Nashville High School. Coach Jackson will remain with the district in a different capacity for the duration of his contract.

Per the Nashville School District, “We respect Coach Jackson’s decision and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”

The district is committed to ensuring a seamless transition and will work closely with the coaching staff to maintain the momentum and success of the Scrapper football program. A search for a new head coach will begin immediately.
