Nashville School District Celebrates Senior Signings, Honors Scrivner, Watts, and Nelson
On Tuesday, May 13th, the Nashville School District hosted a special signing ceremony to honor five seniors who have officially committed to continue their academic and extracurricular careers at the collegiate level.

Recognized during the event were Mason Honea (baseball), Landen Arbuthnott (trap shooting), Kennedi Scrivner (basketball), Taylor Watts (cheerleading), and Madison Nelson (band).
Today’s spotlight focuses on seniors Kennedi Scrivner, Taylor Watts, and Madison Nelson.

Head Girls Basketball Coach Paul Dean highlighted Scrivner’s contributions to the basketball program and her work ethic both on and off the court.

Cheer Coach Arin Askew expressed her pride in Watts, calling it a privilege to celebrate this important milestone as she takes the next step in her cheer career.

High School Band Director Jacob Happy reflected on Nelson’s dedication and the positive impact she’s had within the music program.
Nelson also spoke about what first motivated her to join the band.
Scrivner has committed to Arkansas Tech University, where she plans to major in Physical Therapy.
Watts signed with the University of Central Arkansas and will major in Criminal Justice.
Nelson also signed with UCA and plans to pursue a degree in Exercise Science.

The Nashville School District continues to support and celebrate its students as they prepare for success beyond high school.
