The Nashville School District honored those retiring this year on Tuesday evening. There were 13 this year that were celebrated with a combined 429 years in teaching. 331 of those years with the Nashville School District. Most retiring mentioned plans which involved traveling, enjoying more time with grandchildren, and just taking life easy.
