Nashville Schools Host Retirement Reception

Longtime Nashville School District employee Terre Tollett is retiring Friday. At a reception in her honor yesterday, Tollett said she’s enjoyed the students as well as her co-workers.

In her years with the district, Tollett served as secretary at both the junior high and senior high schools prior to becoming the superintendent’s secretary. In the past, she worked for a local bank and spent several years as the Nashville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director. Tollett said she’s looking forward to painting, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
