Nashville Scrappers’ Season Ends with Narrow Loss to Pottsville in 4A State Tournament

The Nashville Scrappers’ basketball season came to a close Thursday, March 6, after a hard-fought defeat to Pottsville Apaches in the Class 4A State Tournament held in Magnolia. The final score was 72-70, marking a heartbreaking end to the Scrappers’ playoff run.

At halftime, the Scrappers were leading by four points, with Pottsville trailing 38-34. Despite a strong second-half effort, Nashville was unable to overcome the deficit and fell short in the closing moments.
