Nashville Sidewalk Project Progress

The city of Nashville is still working on adding more sidewalks along 4th Street and Sunset Street. Public Works Director Larry Dunaway says both projects are in the easement obtaining phases. The city lacks only one property easement along 4th Street before starting the process of creating a sidewalk that goes to the 4th and Sypert intersection:

State funding is paying 80 percent of the sidewalk project.
