Nashville Woman Sentenced to Prison, Probation in Drug Case

Last week, 47-year-old Reveina George of Nashville entered a plea agreement in Howard County Circuit Court on two amended charges: possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a drug premises.

George was sentenced to eight years in the Arkansas Department of Correction for possession of a controlled substance, along with an additional eight-year sentence for maintaining a drug premises. The sentences will run concurrently. She also received 10 years of probation. As part of the agreement, George must complete one year in a residential, in-house rehabilitation program following her release from prison.

According to an affidavit, Nashville Police responded to a domestic disturbance on South Ansley Street. Upon entering the residence, officers observed mushrooms and other items consistent with the production of psilocybin mushrooms.

George was arrested at the scene along with Lonnie Lunsford. Lunsford’s probation was subsequently revoked, and he was returned to the Arkansas Department of Correction.
