New Coach Takes the Helm at Dierks High School

KMTB and KNAS recently had the opportunity to speak with newly appointed head football coach Lantz Castleman as he prepares to lead the Dierks Outlaws into the upcoming 2026-2027 season.

During the interview, Coach Castleman reflected on the different stops throughout his coaching career and shared how he first became interested in the coaching profession.

Castleman also spoke about what it means to become part of the Dierks community, a town he says continues to grow and support its schools and athletics programs.

As the conversation continued, Coach Castleman discussed what he enjoys most about coaching and working with student-athletes on and off the field.
