NPD welcomes New Patrol Officer

Yesterday, the Nashville Police Department welcomed the new patrol officer, Joshua Dorse.

Dorse and his family are residents of Nashville. Dorse is also a graduate of Ashdown High School in 2008. He was active in the Ashdown’s junior cadet program, and he also worked in corrections at Bi-State Jail in Texarkana. 

Chief of Police Amy Marion stated that Dorse will be going to the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy in May 2024. Marion said-quote we are proud to welcome Joshua Dorse and he is excited to serve Nashville.
