Outlaws and Lady Rattlers continue in state tournament today and Saturday

The Dierks Outlaws play White County Central in the quarterfinal round today of the 2A state basketball tournament at Melbourne. A win today for the Outlaws will put them in Monday afternoon’s semifinals against either Marianna Lee or Fordyce.
Also at the 2A tournament, the Murfreesboro Lady Rattlers will have their quarterfinal round game tomorrow afternoon at 4 p.m. against Bigelow, who defeated Des Arc yesterday, 70 to 38.
