Over 100 cases of Covid-19 currently in Howard County

The number of Covid-19 cases in Howard County continues to remain above 100.  According to the latest numbers from the Arkansas Department of Health, Howard County has 120 cases of Covid-19.  Only Hempsetad County has more among neighboring counties, with 122 being reported.  In Pike County, the health department says there are 26 active cases at the present time.

On the statewide level, nearly 15,780 cases of Covid-19 are being reported in Arkansas.

Howard Memorial Hospital officials reported this week that the Public Health Emergency related to the virus, has been extended until October.
