Ozan resident sentenced to ADC

An Ozan resident has been sentenced to five years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections on Howard County charges. 54 year old Gregory Green was sentenced yesterday in circuit court. He had been charged last fall with a felony count of Theft of Property. Green’s sentence from Howard County will also be served concurrently with a sentence from Hempstead County.
Trial dates were set for two other people Wednesday. 40 year old Joseph Pumilia Jr., of Glenwood, was given a July 13th trial date on charges of possessing meth, with purpose to deliver.
28 year old Tamarcus Stewart of Nashville is scheduled for trial June 22nd on charges of First Degree Terroristic Threatening.
