Pafford EMS Representatives Highlight Emergency Services at Nashville Rotary Meeting

Representatives of Pafford EMS were the featured speakers at last week’s Nashville Rotary Club meeting.
John Gray, Crystal Gray and Robbie Seastrunk provided Rotarians with an overview of the company’s operations and services across Arkansas.
John Gray explained that Pafford EMS was founded in Magnolia in 1967 and has grown to become the largest ambulance service provider in Arkansas.
Crystal Gray, director of the Pafford Communications Center in Hope, discussed the center’s role in dispatching Pafford EMS units throughout the state. She also explained how the 911 emergency communications system operates.
Robbie Seastrunk, operations manager for Southwest Arkansas and based in Texarkana, said Pafford EMS operates 15 ambulances throughout his seven-county service area. Seastrunk noted that all Pafford ambulances are equipped with LUCAS devices, portable automated chest compression systems used by first responders and medical professionals to provide consistent CPR to patients experiencing cardiac arrest.
Gray also outlined one of the primary benefits of becoming a Pafford EMS member. Annual memberships are available for $65 per year.
The Nashville Rotary Club meets each Wednesday at noon on the Nashville campus of UA Cossatot.
