Parents Of Umpire Students Being Contacted

Parents whose children attend school in the Cossatot River district can expect to receive a telephone call from staff members next week.

School officials say the calls will be made July 7th-10th and will allow the district to establish technology needs and determine whether families will be choosing the on-site or virtual option for their children during the 20/21 school year.

In addition to the phone calls, parents should be looking for a letter delivered by mail in the next few days that will provide information on the two options.

The Cossatot River district includes the Umpire schools in north Howard county.
