Petition to revoke probation in Pike County Circuit Court

A petition to revoke the probation of a McCaskill resident was filed yesterday in Pike County Circuit Court.  Officials say 26 year old Gregory Pierce was sentenced in December to five years probation with drug court.  Since that sentence, prosecutors say Pierce has violated several conditions of his probation including a failure to abstain from use of drugs or alcohol, failing to report to his supervising officers, a failure to pay court ordered financial obligations and fees.
