Pike County Court

Pike County court saw 27 YO Delonte Armstrong. Armstrong faces 2 felony counts. First for Residential Burglary and 2nd for Aggravated Assault. According to a police report Armstrong allegedly broke into his ex-girlfriends home and proceeded to assault her several times on the head and neck with a pistol. Armstrong filed for a continuance on the 20th which was approved yesterday in court by Judge Cooper. This effectively moves Armstrong’s Pre-trial hearing to October 25th and his trial date to November 12th.
