Pike County Court

A follow up report now on Richard Babich with Pike County Court who, in late June, was arrested on charges of Drug possession. Babich was arrested after running around screaming on the property of Caddo Canoe Cabin Rentals in Glenwood. It was reported to authorities that Babich was going door to door attempting to enter the cabins on the premises. Babich was found guilty and sentenced to 24 months within the Arkansas Department of Corrections with credit for 67 days of jail time served and required to pay court cost of approximately $365.
