Pike County Extension Office to Host Suicide Awareness and Prevention Events Part 2

KMTB and KNAS recently interviewed Eva Langley, Staff Chair of the Pike County Extension Office, about their upcoming Suicide Awareness and Prevention events set for today and on September 16th.

In part two of our interview, Langley discussed the crucial role of raising awareness within the community.

Langley also highlighted a significant statistic related to suicide rates.

Langley concluded by encouraging those that is wanting to make a positive impact in their community and find an organization to be a part of should contact their local Hometown Health Coalition or their local extension office.
