Pike County man held in the state of Louisiana for theft of property

On October 18th, Investigator Jason McDonald of the Pike County Sheriff’s Office made contact with Adrianna Qualls in reference to a stolen 4-wheeler.
According to the affidavit, Qualls reportedly told officers that she had left her home around 9 that morning and returned at 10:15am and that’s when she noticed the ATV was missing. Qualls informed officers that it was a 2023 Honda Foreman 4-Wheeler. 

According to records, on October 20th, witnesses told Investigator McDonald that they saw suspect 43-year-old Christopher Spears of Amity headed back towards Pike County on the same 4-wheeler, but they didn’t know the 4-wheeler was stolen. 

McDonald reported that he learned that the Clark County Sheriff’s Office had an active warrant on Spears for Commercial Burglary. Spears was even spotted on October 19th walking up to Suttons Sawmill stealing a car from the parking lot of the business which was later recovered in Galveston, Tx. 
Spears is currently in custody in Lake Charles, LA for theft of a motor vehicle.
