Public Notice: Nashville School District

The state and federal guidelines require destruction of all special education due process records within six years after a student leaves the special education program.
You have the right to review or pick up your child’s due process records if special education services were given. You may call the administration office of the Nashville School District before the last business day in July to arrange to pick up records. These records are NOT your child’s permanent school records. These records contain special education due process forms and evaluations.
