Reminder: USDA Summer Feeding Program Continues Through Aug. 16 in Mineral Springs

Families still have time to take advantage of the USDA Summer Feeding Program offered by Glory Bee Ministries.

The program will continue through Aug. 16, with free grab-and-go meals available for children and teens 18 years old and younger every Monday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Meal distribution is taking place at the Mineral Springs Church of Christ, located at 318 Bridgeman Drive in Mineral Springs.

Parents and guardians may pick up meals on behalf of their children, and children do not have to be present. Organizers say families may receive enough meals for three or four days during each pickup.
