Rep. Dolly Henley Honored with 2026 Consumer Advocate Award

State Representative Dolly Henley has been recognized for her work during the 2025 legislative session, receiving the 2026 Consumer Advocate Award from the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.

The award was presented at the Arkansas State Capitol by trial attorney Jim Jackson, a Hope High School graduate, in recognition of Henley’s efforts to protect the rights of Arkansas consumers.

The Consumer Advocate Award is given annually to leaders who demonstrate a strong commitment to preserving access to the civil justice system. Henley was specifically recognized for her opposition to House Bill 1204, a tort reform measure that critics said would have limited citizens’ legal rights.

Jackson praised Henley’s approach to legislation, noting her focus on how policies impact everyday Arkansans and her support for fairness within the legal system.

The Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association said the award highlights Henley’s dedication to protecting individuals and families while ensuring access to justice statewide.
