Revocation Being Sought In Pike County Case
Prosecutors are seeking a probation revocation on a Pike County resident.
In circuit court Monday in Murfreesboro, the revocation was filed against 58 year old Timothy Walters. He was sentenced in September last year to five years probation on charges that included Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and possessing methamphetamine.
In addition to the five year probated sentence, Walters was also fined 35 hundred dollars and ordered to pay other court related fees.
Prosecutors say Walters has violated the terms of his probation by failing to notify officers that he recently moved from Murfreesboro to Glenwood. Authorities say Walters has also failed to pay his financial obligations to the court.
