Ridgeway Baptist Church Hosting 26th Annual Community Thanksgiving Lunch

Ridgeway Baptist Church will once again host their 26th Annual Community Thanksgiving Lunch this Thursday, offering a drive-thru edition from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Pastor Allen Cook says the church is committed to continuing the tradition of serving local families, including those who may not be able to leave their homes. He shared information on how residents can request a plate if they are shut in.

Pastor Cook reflected on the long-running event, noting that over the past 26 years, countless volunteers and church members have helped make the community meal possible. He highlighted the strong support from the entire church family.

He also shared details about this year’s menu, which features traditional Thanksgiving favorites prepared by members of the congregation.

Pastor Cook provided the church’s location and offered instructions on how to enter the drive-thru line for Thursday’s meal.

The meal is free and open to the public, and Ridgeway Baptist Church encourages anyone in need of a Thanksgiving plate—whether by drive-thru or delivery—to reach out ahead of the holiday.
