Rotary Club

Rotary Club met Wednesday afternoon with Speaker Sam Walker presenting. Walker is the President of Agua Resources and has spent the last 20 years helping impoverished communities in Mexico gain access to fresh water through the building of wells. Agua Resources has built over 400 wells and with new equipment is on pace to build 40 this year alone. The impact a lack of fresh water can have to the lives in these communities is huge according to Walker.

Walker also said having the opportunity to provide this resource not only changes singular lives but communities as a whole.

Agua Resources carries out this mission at no cost to the communities it serves and runs solely on the support it receives from its partners whether that be individuals, churches, or businesses.
