Scrapperettes Dominate Home Opener; Scrappers Stay Perfect With Strong Win

The Nashville Scrapperettes made a statement in their first home game of the season Tuesday night, overpowering the Centerpoint Lady Knights from start to finish in a lopsided victory.

Nashville exploded out of the gate, taking a 34–3 lead after the first quarter. The momentum only grew as the Scrapperettes extended the margin to 61–19 by halftime. The third quarter closed with Nashville ahead 67–34, and the team sealed the win with a final score of 73–42.

With the victory, the Scrapperettes improve to 10–1 on the season. They will hit the road next week, traveling to North Little Rock on Tuesday, Dec. 16, to face the Lady Charging Wildcats.

Following the girls’ game, the Nashville Scrappers took the court and kept the winning energy alive with another solid performance—this time against the Centerpoint Knights.

The Scrappers led 30–23 at halftime, maintained control in the third with a 51–41 advantage, and pulled away in the fourth to secure a 68–48 win. Nashville now stands at 4–0 on the season.

The Scrappers continue play today in the Bankers Classic that will be held at Scrapper Arena, tipping off at 6 p.m. against the El Dorado Wildcats. B99.5 will provide live play-by-play coverage.
