Scrapperettes Head to the State Championship

The Nashville Scrapperette basketball team will defend their 4A state championship this Thursday at noon at OZK arena in Hot Springs against the Farmington Lady Cardinals.

The Scrapperettes defeated the Gravette Lady Lions 85 to 62 last Friday and the Gentry Lady Pioneers Saturday night 57 to 39 to advance to the state championship game.

Following the game, Coach Paul Dean and made a short statement concerning Thursday’s game in Hot Springs.

The championship game will be the third game of the 4A state tournament that the Scrapperettes have faced a team from the 4A North region.

Thursday’s game will be broadcast live on B 99.5.
