Scrappers defeat the Wildcats 11-5

The Nashville Scrappers defeated El Dorado Monday in a non-conference game at Wilson Park, by a score of 11 to 5. Scrapper pitcher Will Pope pitched six innings for the victory, allowing four runs on six hits, while striking out five.
At the plate yesterday, Nashville had nine hits. Tyler Brown went 3 for 3, to lead the Scrappers.
Nashville baseball travels to Fountain Lake this afternoon for a conference game. B99.5 will have the broadcast.
The Scrapperettes Softball team is scheduled to play Atlanta, Texas this afternoon. First pitch is scheduled for 5:30. That game can be heard on 105.5 FM.
