Second COVID Death Reported In Howard County

Over the weekend, Howard County reported its second death from COVID-19. The number of active cases also climbed to 72.

Since the virus was first reported in March, there have been 23 confirmed cases in the county with 162 people listed as recovered. There have also been nearly 2,150 negative test results.

In other neighboring counties, Sevier County is reporting 55 active cases of the Coronavirus, Hempstead County has 55 current cases, Pike County has 18 active cases, Polk County is reporting 17 cases at the present time and Little River County has 23 active cases according to the Arkansas Department of Health.
