Sentences Handed Down In Pike County

Two Murfreesboro residents have been sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Corrections this week in Pike County Circuit Court. 31 year old Elizabeth Guy and 29 year old Cody Hooper were arrested in August of last year. Murfreesboro police said they recovered suspected methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia from a residence last year.

Guy was sentenced to seven years in prison. Her sentence will also be served concurrently with a Faulkner County sentence. Hooper was given a four year prison sentence on the charges.
