Silver Alert issued for Polk County woman

The Arkansas State Police issued a Silver Alert Sunday night for a Polk County woman.  39 year old April Scroggins of Mena was last seen Sunday in the Mena area on Highway 8 East.  Scroggins is described as a white female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, with a weight of 200 pounds.  She was last seen wearing black pants and lime green t-shirt.
