South Pike County School Board hears district’s Report to the Public
The South Pike County School District board met Monday night and presented their Report to the Public.
During the Report to the Public, Murfreesboro High School principal Davey Jones presented the Atlas Test scores for the board to review. He compared the scores to a track meet and reported Murfreesboro High School scored first in English and Geometry, second in biology, third in Science, fourth in Math and fifth in Algebra.
Murfreesboro Elementary principal James Riley explained the Atlas Test performance levels for board members.
During the regular portion of the board meeting, board members approved the purchase of a Chevrolet Colorado and the district’s annual Equity Compliance Report.
