Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center Expands Pediatric Primary Care Services

As families in the area adjust to recent changes in local healthcare, Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center at 2001 S. Main St. in Hope is expanding access to pediatric primary care, with Tammy Wellman, APRN, now accepting new patients ages 3 and older.
Megan Newman, Director of Clinical Operations, recently spoke about the hospital, her role, and the pediatric services Wellman provides.
Wellman offers preventive care and ongoing management of common childhood health concerns. She works with families to support healthy growth and development through personalized care.
Newman said Wellman provides primary care for children ages 3 and older.
Newman said she is excited the medical center can now offer these services to children throughout the surrounding communities.
