Stewart signs with HSU
Nashville’s Keyhawn Stewart signed a national letter of intent Wednesday to play football at Henderson State University. Stewart says similarities between Nashville and Henderson, along with several former teammates being on the Reddie squad, factored into his decision:
Coach Mike Volarvich says Stewart’s worth ethic is one of the reasons he has seen success on the football field:
Stewart finished his Scrapper career as the school’s 5th all-time leading rusher, with 3,152 yards. He also recorded 54 career touchdowns & is 6th all-time for the Nashville program in yards per carry, at 6.6 yards.
